OTP Group published the Integrated Annual Report 2025​

OTP Group has released its Integrated Annual Report for 2025, prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). Ipoteka bank, as a subsidiary of the Group, contributed to the preparation of the report by providing disclosures on its activities within OTP Group’s consolidated reporting framework.​

The Integrated Report presents the Group’s financial and non-financial performance, as well as key achievements and approaches in the areas of sustainable development, corporate governance, and ESG risk management.​

The report covers a wide range of topics, including sustainable finance, climate and environmental risk management, human capital development, cybersecurity, data protection, financial literacy, inclusive access to banking services, and corporate governance.​

The publication of the report reaffirms OTP Group’s and Ipoteka bank’s consistent commitment to transparency, responsible banking, and sustainable development.​
